Metal silos are used in industry and agriculture for receiving, storing and dispensing various bulk materials and substances of organic and inorganic origin. Silos for the storage of organic substances, such as silos for flour, silos for grain (granaries), compound feed, etc., are made of food grade stainless steel, and the manufacture of silos for cement, sand, gypsum, lime, dust hopper is made of ferrous metal (09G2S, St3sp5). According to their design, silos for bulk substances are made of vertical design on metal supports with a system of top loading of the product and distributing it through a branch pipe in the lowest part of the silo.

The tanks of the RVS roll silos are made of stainless steel sheets in the form of a vertical cylinder-shaped container with thin-walled housing walls, with a conical restriction in the lower part and a roof on the roof. Such structures are mainly used in independent basic warehouses and storage bins in the management of various industrial facilities.

Bunkers are stationary containers used for non–permanent storage of bulk dry cargo - sand, crushed stone, fertilizers, grain products, as well as liquid substances.
